We have done everything we can to ensure you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not then we want to make things straightforward for you.

​Unwanted items or exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us with all of the original packaging within 14 days for a full refund (except for the original postage charges). If you have ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange your items then again simply return this to us in saleable condition and we will even pay the postage to send you another one (we will only do this once per order, you will need to pay the postage on any additional exchanges and the cost to return the item to us for exchange).

​Faulty items

All items are fully checked prior to dispatch. If an item you have received is faulty or damaged then you must inform us within 7 days for us to process a refund or send you a replacement. If you notify us outside of this time then we regret we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange on the item. You will not be liable for the postage for faulty items, we will send you a return envelope when you contact us or refund the postage to you.

​Your right to cancel

According to the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order up to a maximum of 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. Any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and goods must be returned unused and packaged safely for transit.
